Abstract

This article presents an adaptation mechanism for benchmarking tools to activities of the corporation in order to increase its competitiveness in the regional market of photo and audio equipment Primorye. The relevance of this topic is that in recent years more and more attention is paid to the use of benchmarking to improve the management of the company in any market. Competitiveness and sustainability of the corporation is stable on the market is the rapid response to changes in the environment, including customer demand while maximizing the efficiency of resource use and costs.
